Checklist
A checklist, so no step gets skipped
Break a bigger job into steps, up to 30 of them. Your team checks each step off as they go, so you can see how far along it is without asking. Link the task to the event or the item it's about, so nobody has to guess which one.

Questions about tasks
Who can create tasks?
Owners, admins and managers. You can also let any staff member manage tasks by turning on Tasks (manage) for them. Everyone else sees the tasks assigned to them and can mark them complete.
Can I give one task to more than one person?
Yes, up to 20 people. When any one of them marks it complete, it's done for everyone.
Do tasks need a due date?
No. A due date is optional. Tasks with one show up under Due today and Overdue when the day comes.
Can a task be linked to an event or an item?
Yes. Search for the event, the item, or both when you create the task. The link shows on the task so your team knows exactly which one it means.
Can I see who finished a task?
Yes. Completed tasks show who marked them done.
