Does Jumpbook charge a fee on my customers' payments?
No. Payments go to your own Stripe account, and Jumpbook never takes a percentage of them.
Can customers pay a deposit and the rest later?
Yes. Set the deposit percentage, take the full amount, or let customers pay later. They can pay the balance online or by Venmo, Zelle, cash or check using your instructions.
Do customers get a receipt when they pay?
Yes, automatically. Every payment, whether it's a deposit at checkout, a paid invoice, or a cash, check, Venmo or Zelle payment you record, emails your customer a PDF receipt.
Do I have to use Stripe?
Stripe is the card processor today, using your own account. More payment processors are coming soon.
