Questions about guest waivers
How do guest waivers bring me new customers?
While signing, guests can check "Send me news and offers". Everyone who does goes on your Waiver list, which you can export to your email tool, and is tagged in HighLevel if you use it, so you can follow up with an offer.
Can it work as an RSVP for my client?
Yes. Each signed waiver lists the adults and children attending, so the event page shows a head count as guests sign. Guests who show up without signing aren't counted, so treat it as a strong guide.
Do I need guest waivers for backyard rentals?
Usually not. You choose which services use them, so a backyard bounce house rental keeps working the way it does today. Guest waivers are for things like foam parties, laser tag, and events at schools, churches and companies.
Is this different from a rental agreement?
Yes. The person who books signs your rental agreement. Guest waivers are for everyone who attends.
Can a parent sign for more than one child?
Yes, up to 10 children on one waiver.
Do returning guests have to sign every time?
No. Their waiver is reused for later events until it expires. You choose how long: one year unless you change it.
Do guests get added to my customer list?
No. Only guests who check "news and offers" go on your Waiver list, and they stay separate from your customers.
