Party rental software featuresEverything a party rental company runs on, in one place.

Booking, payments, delivery routes, live tracking and a website built to be found. Powerful behind the scenes. Simple for the person using it.

Book it.

A booking site with your name on it that takes bookings and deposits around the clock, even for the complicated events.

More about online booking
Live availability
Customers only see what's free on their date and time. Items are held while they check out (you choose how long), so nothing gets double-booked.
Book now or request a quote
Simple rentals book and pay online. Bigger or custom events can send a quote request instead.
Packages, add-ons and upsells
Bundle rentals into packages, suggest add-ons like a generator, and require choices like surface type or theme.
Rental lengths and sizes
Offer different rental lengths, like 4 or 8 hours, or sizes and amounts, each with its own price.
Backyard and public event pricing
Charge one price for backyard parties and another for public events that need extra permits.
Seasonal pricing and coupons
Raise or lower prices for date ranges, and give coupon codes for promotions.
Booking questions with fees
Ask anything at checkout, like setup surface or power, and add a fee to certain answers.
Delivery zones
Set delivery fees and minimum orders by distance or postal code. Customers see their fee as soon as they type their address.
Your booking rules
Advance notice, earliest and latest party times, blackout dates, drying time for wet rentals, and buffer time between rentals.
Online waivers and documents
Waivers and contracts are emailed and signed online, with an automatic reminder if one isn't signed before the event.
Guest waivers
For foam parties, laser tag, schools and churches: one link per event. Guests sign on their phone, your client gets a head count, and guests who opt in become leads.

Get paid.

Your money goes straight to your own account. Jumpbook never takes a cut of your payments.

More about payments
Your own Stripe account
Card payments go to your Stripe account, not ours, with no extra Jumpbook processing fee.
Deposits or pay later
Collect a percentage up front, the full amount, or nothing until later. You choose.
Venmo, Zelle, cash and check
Show customers your instructions for other ways to pay the balance.
Tax, fees and damage waivers
Add sales tax, booking fees, and an optional damage waiver at checkout.
Invoices for quotes
Turn a quote into a booking and send a Stripe invoice for it.
Automatic receipts
Every time a payment comes in, online or cash, your customer gets a PDF receipt by email.
Revenue and expenses
See rental revenue and track expenses in one place.

Route it.

Plan the day once. Every driver knows exactly where to go and what to load.

More about route planning
Route planning for every truck
Assign bookings to trucks, put stops in the best order, and see drive times.
Same-truck pickups
Plan a pickup on the same truck that's already out, so one run handles both.
Staffed events
Mark events that need staff on site and plan them along with the route.
Driver view on their phone
Drivers see their stops in order, open directions, and work through the load list.
Photos at drop-off and pickup
Drivers take a photo of the setup and of the gear at pickup, saved with the booking.
Problems reported from the road
Gate locked, nobody home: drivers note it at the stop so the office knows right away.
Condition checks
Record each unit's condition at delivery and pickup, and when it was cleaned, with photos.

Track it.

Customers watch the truck come to them, the way they track a food delivery. Fewer "where's my bounce house?" calls.

More about live tracking
Live tracking link
Customers get an email with a link to a live map of their delivery.
Every truck on one map
The office sees where each truck is during the day.
Booking calendar
A full month view of every delivery and pickup.
Google and Apple Calendar sync
Your bookings show up in the calendar on your phone, so you can see them anywhere.
Nightly backup email
A copy of upcoming bookings arrives in your inbox every night.

Be found.

Your website is built so Google and AI tools like ChatGPT can read it, understand it, and send customers your way.

More about custom websites
A custom website, not a template
We build your website to fit your brand, included with Jumpbook.
Booking on your own domain
Your booking site runs on your own web address, like booking.yourcompany.com.
Structured data on every rental
Each item page tells search engines its name, price, photo and your business details in the format they read.
FAQs for every item
Each rental gets its own questions and answers, shown on the page and sent to search engines.
Page titles and descriptions
Every item page gets its own search title and description from the item's name and short description.

Run your business.

Everything behind the bookings, so the business doesn't depend on you for every decision.

Email automations
Booking confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and messages to customers who leave checkout before paying.
Team roles and permissions
Give office staff, drivers and crew access to only what they need.
Time clock
Staff clock in and out, with their shift history saved.
Analytics
Bookings, revenue, quote conversion, and how often your units are out on rent.
Import and export
Bring your inventory over from a spreadsheet or your old system, and export your customers and items any time.

Questions about the software

Can customers book and pay a deposit online?

Yes. Customers pick a date and time, see only what's available, and pay a deposit or the full amount through your own Stripe account. Larger or custom events can send a quote request instead.

Does Jumpbook take a percentage of my payments?

No. Payments go to your own Stripe account, and Jumpbook never takes a cut of them. Customers can also pay the balance by Venmo, Zelle, cash or check using your instructions.

Does Jumpbook do delivery route planning?

Yes. Assign bookings to trucks, order the stops, see drive times, and plan pickups on the same truck. Drivers see their stops, directions and load list on their phone.

Can my customers track their delivery?

Yes. Customers get an email with a live map link and can watch the truck come to them, and the office sees every truck on one map.

Will my website show up on Google and in AI answers?

Every item page includes structured data, FAQs, and search titles and descriptions, which is what Google and AI tools read. No one can guarantee rankings, but your site is built to be easy for them to understand.

Can I bring my inventory from my current software?

Yes. Import your items from a spreadsheet or an export from your current system, and the columns are matched for you. You can export your customers and items at any time.
