Online booking never worked for us

A lot of our business is larger events, and larger events come with a lot of variables. None of the online booking systems available had the features to handle them, so our customers couldn't book those events online and get them right.

Our software stopped answering

We did use rental software to run the business. But for about three years we couldn't reach anyone there. No support, no one to call, and no way to know if it would still be running next season. That's not a risk you want under every booking you have.

Switching wasn't easy either. Moving everything to another system and learning it from scratch, with no guarantee it would handle our events any better, wasn't a good option.

So we built it the way we wanted it

Jumpbook handles online booking for real events, then everything after the booking: delivery routes, live tracking for customers, payments through your own Stripe account, and a custom website built to be found on Google and by AI.

Our rule for every feature: powerful behind the scenes, simple for the person using it. If a feature doesn't save an owner time, prevent a mistake, or remove work without making the screen harder to use, it doesn't go in.
