Need help with the driver app? Email support@partyrentalprofits.com. We answer Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time.

Drivers: your login is created by your rental company. For login problems, contact your company's office first. They can check your email address, turn on driver access, and assign you to routes.

Common questions

How do I reset my password?

  1. Go to the password reset page.
  2. Enter the email address you use to sign in to the driver app.
  3. Open the email we send you and tap the link. It works for 1 hour.
  4. Choose a new password, then sign in to the app with it.

No email? Check your spam folder, and make sure you typed the same email address your company used for your login. If it still doesn't arrive, ask your company's office to check your email address.

If the app says your account uses Google sign-in, follow the same steps to set a password. The driver app only works with an email and password.

Why is Start Route grayed out?

Start Route stays off until the route is ready to go. Check these:

  • Items left to load. If the button says something like "3 items left to load", check off every item on the load list first.
  • Another route is still running. End the route you're on before you start the next one.
  • It isn't today's route. You can only start routes on today's list.
  • You aren't the route's driver. Only the driver assigned to a route can start it. Ask your office to assign you.
  • Location isn't set to Always. The app needs location access to start a route. See the next question.

If none of these apply, pull down on the Today screen to refresh, or sign out and back in. If the route still won't start, contact your office. The route may have been changed or finished.

How do I turn on location access?

The app shares your location only while a route is in progress, so your company and customers with a tracking link can see delivery progress. Location keeps updating during an active route, including while the app is in the background, until you end the route. That's why the app needs location set to Always.

iPhone:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap Jumpbook Driver.
  3. Tap Location and choose Always.

If Jumpbook Driver isn't in the list, go to Settings › Privacy & Security › Location Services and make sure Location Services is on.

Android: open Settings › Apps › Jumpbook Driver › Permissions › Location, and choose Allow all the time.

You can also tap Open Settings in the app when it asks for location. When you come back, tap Start Route again.
